The evening begins at Wit & Wisdom, where just 20 guests will gather for an intimate five-course prix fixe dinner created especially for New Year's Eve.
By candlelight, Chef will lead you through five thoughtfully crafted courses celebrating the season, with an optional sommelier-selected wine pairing designed to unfold alongside the menu.
At your place setting, you'll also find a Wish for the Year Ahead—a moment to put pen to paper and capture one hope, dream, or intention you'd like to carry with you into the new year.
But dinner is only the beginning.
As the final plates are cleared, make your way to The Welcome Bar, where Layne Denton will take the evening toward midnight with live music, handcrafted cocktails, and our signature New Year's Eve cocktail, created especially for the occasion.
Then, as the final seconds of the year count down, raise a glass for our midnight champagne toast and signature MTL confetti celebration as we welcome the new year together.
