These Terms of Service govern your use of www.themountaintoplodge.com and the communications you receive from The Mountain Top Lodge, operated by CGN Properties LLC ("The Mountain Top Lodge," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or opting in to our communications, you agree to these terms.

Reservations and Guest Policies

Some reservations are processed through third-party booking platforms, which may have their own terms.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description. CGN Properties LLC dba The Mountain Top Lodge sends recurring marketing text messages to guests and prospective guests who opt in, including lodge updates, seasonal packages, special events, and offers.

Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program.

Opting in. You may opt in by checking the consent box on our form at www.themountaintoplodge.com/text-us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or reservation.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies (about 2–4 messages per month).

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
