Chef will create a five-course Thanksgiving menu inspired by the flavors we wait all year to enjoy—familiar enough to feel like Thanksgiving, elevated in the unmistakable style of Wit & Wisdom.
Gather around our communal table for a dinner meant to unfold slowly, with beautiful food, thoughtful wine, and plenty of reasons to linger over one more bite.

Staying with us for Thanksgiving Weekend? Overnight guests receive priority access to Thanksgiving dinner reservations immediately upon booking their stay. A private reservation link will be emailed to you after your stay confirmation.
Public reservations open August 25, 2027.
Thanksgiving dinner is a separate dining reservation and is not included with your overnight stay.
A LITTLE CHRISTMAS ON THE MOUNTAIN
By Thanksgiving, the Lodge has already slipped into Christmas.
Trees are glowing. Garlands are hung. Fires are lit. And tucked inside your room, you’ll find a little something to remember the weekend by.
Each room will receive a 2027 MTL Christmas ornament—ours to give and yours to take home.

FRIDAY | THE DAY AFTER
No alarm. No itinerary.
Wake up slowly, have breakfast at the Lodge, wander into Dahlonega, visit a winery, do a little Christmas shopping, or find a comfortable spot at the Lodge and stay awhile.
And because some Thanksgiving traditions are even better the next day, keep an eye out for a little Thanksgiving leftover magic from our kitchen.
Wine Down Hour begins at 5:00 PM with complimentary charcuterie. Wine and cocktails are available for purchase.
SATURDAY | CHRISTMAS ON THE MOUNTAIN
The Lodge is dressed for Christmas, and the day is yours to enjoy it.
Spend the morning over breakfast, explore Dahlonega during the holiday season, settle into the Library Loft with a book, or simply enjoy having nowhere you need to be.
As evening arrives, join us for Wine Down Hour before settling in for one more night on the mountain.
