Gather together in one of our many cozy spaces.
Feel at home, away from home.
The lobby.
Step into the Mountain Top Lodge and be swept into your stay at this rustic Bed & Breakfast. This area hosts the Hospitality Kitchen which we’ve stocked not only with coffee and tea service but also a year-round Hot Cocoa Bar and Honor Snack Bar. Grab your drink of choice and join us at the heartbeat of our guest experience. And remember, before you turn in for the night, check your “MTL Mailbox” for a sweet surprise.
Poo Hall.
Named after the family fur baby “Annie Poo,” Poo Hall serves as the bridge between the lobby and the first floor rooms. During renovations Annie Poo loved to run the length of this 75-foot hall. Since re-opening, our guests have taken to this seating area as much as Poo. From the morning sunlight beaming through the windows to the warm candle light at dusk, these chairs have turned into a guest favorite.
library Loft.
Lose track of time amongst hundreds of books, tales and stories on the second-story loft located above the lobby. Accompanied by an all-seeing owl, the library loft is a perfect escape from your room to overlook the view of the mountains and beyond.
The dining room.
Let the scent of coffee and bacon call you to the breakfast portion of this B&B. Whether arranged for daily guests or large groups, gather around these tables for fine cuisines made from scratch daily by culinary extraordinaire Sean Fritchle.
Fox & Owl Bar.
Located just off of the dining room, this space is the perfect gathering spot. After a day of exploring Dahlonega’s wineries, bring home your favorite bottle of wine and wind down in our modern rustic Fox & Owl Bar.
Fireside.
Just in case you haven’t gotten enough of the great outdoors during the day, we have even more to offer with our evening fireside space. Get lost in the flame as you reflect on your day and settle into your night at Fireside.
